I'm sure every one of you has heard about essential oils at some point. From a friend, family member, something on the internet. You may have thought, I live just fine without them, what are these people using these oils for all the time?!
Well here are few ideas as to how essential oils apply to your everyday life:
WATER/FOOD: Use of spice and herbs in cooking, as well as concentrated essential oils.
Great in teas, and water.
ENVIRONMENT: Clean the air or just for pleasurable environmental fragrancing.
MOVEMENT: Dance, yoga, gardening, walking, all forms of exercise. Use oils to aid in circulation, motivation, and stimulation.
WORK: Anti-stress oils and blends in the workplace or other community gatherings. Use uplifting, invigorating and euphoric essential oils.
RELATIONSHIPS: Oils to assist with relaxation, feelings of well-being, personal scent, massage and touch.
REST: Adequate sleep and/or relaxation. Aromatic baths, yoga, massage. Essential oils can assist with stress, insomnia, relaxation and meditation.
